Founded in 2019, Leading Ladies Canada is a non-profit organization, created and led by black women. Our goal is to empower black women, youth, and children through various programs and initiatives such as community outreach, education, and children and youth.
MISSION
Our mission is simple: to empower black women, youth and children. We believe this can be achieved by equipping them with the tools and resources necessary for personal and career advancement. Ultimately, our main purpose is to help foster an environment where we are helping build the next generation of leading ladies.
VISION
Leading Ladies Canada strives to create a future where black women and youth are empowered members of their communities. We envision becoming a pillar of the community and the go-to organization on matters related to black women, youth and children.
